Anxiety comes in all cases and sizes, it can take over your life, its important to find and cause and learn how to manage it because you deserve to live freely

Depression can be very scary, its important to understand it and know how to get help and minimize it, depression can take over your whole life.

Symptoms include but are not limited to

  • loss of interest in usual activities

  • Feelings of being worthless

  • suicidal thoughts

  • Alcoholism

  • no longer "yourself"

  • sudden anger

  • loss of appetite

​Its important to admit if you are suffering and reaching out for help is best thing you can do for yourself. You are strong enough to keep going and ask for help
